Respectful Relationships is about addressing family violence through education to support our culture of respect and equality across our entire community, from our classrooms to staff rooms, sporting fields and school events. Respectful Relationships education leads to positive impacts on a student’s academic outcomes, their mental health, classroom behaviour, and relationships between teachers and students.

When young people build positive relationships with their teachers and peers, they feel safer and happier at school. We also know that through modelling positive behaviours within our college, we can increase a young person’s sense of social connectedness and belonging, resulting in better health and academic outcomes.
